Week 15: -2.8 TOTAL: -21.2
I started out the week strong, getting back on track from my crazy birthday week, but I lost steam as the week rolled by. I still came out down in weight, but I need to really work on my mindset. This journey is a struggle with my flesh daily.
I haven't been doing so hot with exercise. I don't think I worked out but one day last week.
So.....despite not really wanting to do what needs to be done this week, I'm still here and still trucking along!
