Week 14: +6.2 TOTAL: -18.4
Oh, boy! As you can see, I had a celebratory week. Instead of a birthDAY, I celebrated a birthWEEK! I've been sliding down this slippery slope for a few weeks now, and it finally caught up with me. It's part of life. The journey will never be perfect. Ups and downs are part of it. If I had this food thing all figured out, I wouldn't be on this journey to begin with!!
So it's back to the basics this week. Tracking each and every point. Drinking my water. Daily workouts. Daily bible study. Relying on God instead of food to satisfy.....
I could have and maybe would have in the past continued to spiral down and gain all the weight back, but that's just not an option. The health concerns I had at the beginning of this journey are still very real. I'm still on blood pressure meds. I'm still on the prediabetes/PCOS meds. I'm still more than 60 pounds overweight.
One day at a time. Thank you, Lord, for your grace when I'm a binging glutton and when I'm not. Thank you that you love me the same in both situations!!! His mercies are new EVERY morning!

Im so proud of you for NOT continuing the slippery slope! I know that can be hard, but you are relentless and that is great!! Just keep the goals small for now and focus on things one at a time. You will be back on track in no time sissy!
