Week 3: -2.6 TOTAL: - 8
I'm happy to report a weight loss during Christmas week! I enjoyed myself, but I also worked the program. I got in some zumba twice that week, and I did the treadmill a handful of times. I'm finding planning out my dinners first and then planning the rest of my day around that has worked well. I've also split up my extra weekly points throughout the week instead of one crazy meal like I've always done in the past.
I'm feeling great. I have a long road ahead, but I'm excited about my future!!!
Haven't heard from anybody! How are you guys doing? Ready for a wonderful 2012????

week 2
Week 2: -.4 Total: -5.4
I don't think this is exactly true because I didn't weigh at the meeting last week...I weighed at home in the morning, naked. Last night I weighed after eating all day and with all my clothes on. So I'm thinking the first week was less than 5 pounds for sure, and this week was probably at least a pound. Either way...I'm down 5.4! And that's not the best part. The best part is that this is becoming a lifestyle change each and every day! I am making better choices one at a time....and it will slowly but surely become habit!!! I'm just feeling awesome right now. I know the honeymoon stage will be over eventually, but for now I'm riding this ride to the fullest!!!
And God worked out my meeting for me. I've been trying to figure out which meeting to go to cuz the one closest to my house and most convenient had a leader I didn't see eye-to-eye with (she had offended me once about Tobias - don't mess with moms! ha). Well, last night it was announced there will be a new leader in January! I know God is bringing this person to the meeting to help me through the rest of this journey!!! I'm not holding a grudge against the other leader, but I just feel like God heard my heart and is bringing in some fresh meat! ha.
How about all of you???
Do you have your Christmas plans in place? I plan to treat it like all the other week....stay within my points and use my weekly extra points for a few treats.

Back on Track..Week 1!
Week 1: -5 Total: -5
I'm back at it, all! First week weigh-in: -5 lb.
This week was pretty cool because I didn't do my all-or-nothing thing. I had treats throughout the week. I worked out moderately with little spurts of running. It just felt much more sustainable.
I'm weighing on Tuesdays now....so I'll be checking in Wednesdays.
Anyone wanna join me?
