Week 4

Week 4: -1.6 TOTAL: -9.6

This was a great crazy week. Lots of eating out. I ate out almost every day this week....sometimes twice a day! Jim's, BBQ, sushi, Ruby Tuesday, Taco Bell.... New Year's brought some alcohol into the mix. I stuck with my points, though, and thank goodness it showed!!! I also increased my run time. I'm up to 2 minutes jog, 3 minutes walk for 30 minutes three times a week. I've been doing zumba for an hour once a week. I haven't done any sort of weight training or resistance at all, though. One thing at a time, I guess!

Haven't gotten any comments. Are you all with me???? It's the New Year. Let's rock 2012!!!!!

Im not sure why this blog never likes me but I've tried posting before! You did amazingly! With all that eating out I really did try and stay within points but then the traveling sent me over the edge at the end of it. I did work out at the hotel though. I ran a mile at 4 mph...which I think is a 15 min mile. I prob. could have done better but I've been feeling the pain of it since I got back. I still want to look into that kickboxing beach body workout though! You're my inspiration Ames and Im proud of you!

Oh I mentioned the 5K idea to my friend Penny and she told me to say yes and stop being a chicken! LOL! Im still very scared or nervouse. I dont know...something!

Great job sissy!! And dont worry about the resistance training yet. Incorporate that whenever you feel you are ready :)
