Week 3

Week 3: -2.6 TOTAL: - 8

I'm happy to report a weight loss during Christmas week! I enjoyed myself, but I also worked the program. I got in some zumba twice that week, and I did the treadmill a handful of times. I'm finding planning out my dinners first and then planning the rest of my day around that has worked well. I've also split up my extra weekly points throughout the week instead of one crazy meal like I've always done in the past.

I'm feeling great. I have a long road ahead, but I'm excited about my future!!!

Haven't heard from anybody! How are you guys doing? Ready for a wonderful 2012????
