Week 1: -5 Total: -5
I'm back at it, all! First week weigh-in: -5 lb.
This week was pretty cool because I didn't do my all-or-nothing thing. I had treats throughout the week. I worked out moderately with little spurts of running. It just felt much more sustainable.
I'm weighing on Tuesdays now....so I'll be checking in Wednesdays.
Anyone wanna join me?

All right. I'm with you. I haven't been doing so hot with food, but I'm so impressed that you've been able to stay away from the all-or-nothing eating. That's fabulous!! A friend of mine calls it "The Last Supper" eating. And boy have I been known to have many of those a week. My goal is to exercise 20+ minutes every day this week.
